Dr. Nipper is a board-certified ophthalmologist who is fellowship-trained in oculoplastic surgery. In addition to providing general ophthalmology services, including comprehensive ophthalmology exams, Dr. Nipper specializes in reconstructive and cosmetic surgery of the eyelids and the surrounding tissues.
In addition to her clinical experience, Dr. Nipper is a published author in various journals, including Archives of Ophthalmology, the Journal of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, and the American Journal of Ophthalmology. Dr. Nipper also donates her time to international medical missions. Her first mission was in Pangasinan in the Philippines, and her last mission was in Arequipa, Peru.
