Cancellation/No-Show Policy

Patients will incur a $50.00 cancellation fee if they cancel/reschedule less than 24 hours before their scheduled appointment (late cancellation) AND/OR fail to arrive at the designated date and/or time of their appointment (missed appointment). Cancellation fees are billed directly to the patient (not insurance) and are due prior to their next scheduled visit.

If late cancellation or reschedule is due to illness or emergency, cancellation fee can be waived.

*NOTE – This excludes Medicaid patients.

Late Arrival Policy

If a patient is more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, the appointment may need to be rescheduled. This is to ensure that the patients who arrive on time do not wait longer than necessary to see the provider.

Late patients may be given the option to wait for another appointment time on the same day if one is available.
