ReFocus: Now in Pennsylvania and New Jersey

ReFocus is Growing!

ReFocus Eye Health has added four new locations to our
growing network in the Northeast.

Our new locations allow us to serve the following areas and
surrounding communities:

  • Camden, NJ 
  • Penndel, PA 
  • Philadelphia, PA – Frankford 
  • Philadelphia, PA – Northeast  

With the addition of these locations, we are also adding eight
passionate and skilled eye care experts. Formerly Soll Eye, this team of award-winning
medical staff has devoted their careers to improving the quality of life for
their patients. We’re thrilled to welcome them to the ReFocus family!

Stephen M. Soll, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Dr. Soll has been fellowship trained in eye plastic and
reconstructive surgery by the nation's leading surgeons. Dr. Soll is currently
Chief of Ophthalmology for both the Jefferson Aria Health system in
Philadelphia and Cooper University Hospital in New Jersey.

Bruce J. Markovitz, M.D.

Dr. Markovitz practices general ophthalmology with a special
interest in pediatric eye care. He has a remarkable range of clinical experience,
from United States Army Major working as the Health Clinic Commander at
Schofield Barracks in Hawaii to ophthalmologist for the Pennsylvania Ballet.

David S. Rho, M.D.

Dr. Rho is a board-certified ophthalmologist, and he serves
as Clinical Associate Professor of Ophthalmology at the University of Medicine
and Dentistry of New Jersey. He has published numerous articles in major
peer-reviewed ophthalmology journals and regularly presents his research at
regional and national ophthalmology conferences.

Luca Zatreanu, M.D.

Dr. Zatreanu is a fellowship-trained ophthalmologist
specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of retinal conditions. He is also a
skilled cataract and anterior segment surgeon and has trained beside world
leaders in the field of medical retina and ophthalmic genetics.

Paul J. Driver, M.D.

Dr. Driver is a fellowship-trained ophthalmologist with
expertise in the cornea and cornea transplants. He is fully trained to diagnose
and treat almost any eye condition, and his expertise extends strongly into his
ability to provide the caring necessary for regular, annual eye exams.

Yelena Doych, M.D.

Dr. Doych is a board-certified comprehensive ophthalmologist
with clinical interest in complex cataract surgery and uveitis. In addition to
her clinical work, she’s functioned as the Residency Program Director within
Drexel University College of Medicine Department of Ophthalmology since 2005.

Salvatore D. DeSimone, D.O.

Dr. DeSimone is a board-certified ophthalmologist who is experienced
in diagnosing and treating all types of eye diseases and conditions with
particular interest in geriatric eye care. In addition to his clinical work, he
has been involved in the teaching and mentoring of medical students and
residents as well as serving as a clinical investigator in several eye-related
medical studies.

Elisa Bano, O.D.

Dr. Bano received her Doctor of Optometry degree with
clinical honors from Pennsylvania College of Optometry. She has extensive
experience in the diagnosis, treatment, management, and co-management of ocular
disease; including, diabetes, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and ocular
emergencies.
